PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to HUD Rules and Regulations, the Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) is providing a 45-day review and comment period for the agency's Annual Plan for its Fiscal Year beginning April 1, 2024. The Annual Plan is a guide to the PHA's policies, programs, operations, and strategies in addressing local housing needs and proposed capital improvements for its housing portfolio.
