Established May 9th, 2019, Palatka Housing Development & Management Corporation is managed by a Board of Directors (BOD) with five members.
The first Directors elected were:
Darryl Futch, Chairman
Jim Neshewat, Vice-Chairman
Will Jones, Director
Palatka Housing Development & Management Corporation's purpose and goals are as follows:
- Provide and develop affordable housing opportunities to low and moderate-income persons and/or families primarily located in, but not limited to, Palatka, Florida, and the surrounding areas.
- Manage properties primarily located in, but not limited to, Palatka, Florida, and the surrounding areas, including properties owned and/or operated by the Palatka Housing Authority (PHA)
- Act as an instrumentality of the PHA to raise money (grants or donations) to benefit and support the programs and goals of the PHA.
- Provide nonprofit, charitable, and/or educational services.
