Invitation for Bids - Preventive Vehicle Maintenance Services
The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Preventive Vehicle Maintenance Services (Bid No. PHA-IFB-PVM-2025/001-1).
Scope of Work:
Comprehensive quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance for PHA's vehicle fleet, including inspections, fluid changes, brake checks, tire service, diagnostics, and minor repairs.
Bid Requirements:
Bidders must submit proof of license and insurance, HUD forms (5369, 5369-A, 5369-C, 2530), notarized affidavits, and a signed Bid Price Proposal Form. Insurance coverage must meet minimum requirements.
