The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) will charge the average standard rate during regular maintenance working hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, except PHA recognized holidays when the offices are closed. Overtime rates will be charged for any work done at times other than regular maintenance working hours.
Standard Hourly Rate: $40.00/HR
Overtime Hourly Rate: $60.00/HR
Most labor charges will be billed at a minimum of a half hour (30 minutes) at $20 for standard labor. Work exceeding 30 minutes will be computed at a fraction of the hourly rate. Any materials supplied by the PHA will be charged at PHA cost.
